Mike Rhodes is the Owner & President of The Salty Lab, LLC. With over 20 years of experience in electrical engineering consulting, Mike is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the company.

Katie Guzman is the administrative support for The Salty Lab, LLC. She brings a special charisma to the office to help balance the engineers’ personalities within the work place, to make it stay light-hearted while keeping up with the client deadlines. She is a valued member for the successfully operation the company’s reputation.

Hudson is the name-sake for the company. He is a retired Search & Rescue K9 within the Pensacola area, and now enjoys his days as an office/shop dog. He is quite frequently seen by Mike’s side at events.
